Steak with lemon and thyme

Ingredients:

2 steaks, 1 tablespoon thyme, 2 cloves of garlic cut into rings, 1tablespoon olive oil, rind and juice of 1/2 lemon, salt   ground black pepper

Progress:

If you nedd cuted fatty meat from steaks. Heat the oil in a skillet and fry steaks 4 minutes on each side, and again at the end of 1 minute on each side. In baking, mix together the mission thyme, garlic, oil, lemon juice and zest lemon, salt and pepper. By following the prepared sautce put steaks and let stand for 5 minutes each side. Select steaks and cut into thin strips. Serve with cooked vegetables.
